Sherry Holt
M.Ed, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy.

This form of therapy—commonly referred to as the “talking cure”—benefits anyone who feels dissatisfaction or discomfort in the emotional quality and functioning of their daily lives. This approach views therapy as emotional guidance and support assisting clients to gain awareness into their own issues of concern. Once this awareness is established, both client and therapist are empowered to make necessary changes such as inaccurate perceptions and beliefs that are undermining the client’s ability to attain self-fulfillment. Therapy attracts people who feel weakened by their issues and need support, as well as those who desire spiritual and personal growth, and an increased sense of personal strength and effectiveness. Sherry has worked as a private psychotherapist for the past 10 years, originally starting as a social worker in 1982. She is a clinical member of the Canadian Psychological Association, and sits on the board of directors with the Anxiety Disorders Association of Canada. For more information, booking appointments, or a complimentary phone consultation, please contact 416-414-2758.

Anna is originally from Poland; fluent in both Polish and English. Her own healing journey is what awakened Anna to start helping others. Homeopathy has become her passion. Healing through Homeopathy means the entire being is taken into consideration, which means mind and body; there is no separation between the two. Dis-ease is symptoms manifesting themselves on the physical or mental plane. Symptoms like everything else in this universe are just energy and they have certain frequencies at which they vibrate. Each homeopathic remedy for a given disease has a similar frequency, resonates with the disease; the two similar frequencies cancel each other out. Healing may become a life long journey but it all starts with the first step. Anna holds clinic on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, 2-6 pm. To arrange for an appointment please contact 416-532-9212.
