In private practice, Dr. Yolanda Strzelec, ND, treats a wide variety of disorders for complete mind and body health. She offers programs for detoxification, weight loss, seasonal allergies, smoking cessation, healthy digestion, stress management, anti-aging and infertility. Yolanda obtained an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree specializing in Nutrition before completing four years of post-graduate medical education at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. While completing her undergraduate degree, Dr. Yolanda Strzelec, ND completed research at the Hospital for Sick Children and Toronto General Hospital. Yolanda incorporates dietary and lifestyle counseling, and clinical nutrition to help individuals achieve a balanced lifestyle. Other natural therapies used to remove obstacles to cure and support the healing power of nature include herbs, glandular therapy, and energetic medicine including organ drainage, homeopathy and traditional Chinese Medicine/acupuncture. She has taken additional training in Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture for complete skin rejuvenation. Dr. Ruchira Shetty

Dr. Ruchira Sud graduated with High Distinction from the University of Toronto with an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in 1998.  She went on to complete her post-graduate training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004.  She is board certified in Ontario, and an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. Ruchira has spent several years working to build strong, healthy communities.  She was Regional Director of Programs and Services for the Art of Living Foundation in Manitoba, a non-profit humanitarian organization focused on community development.  Ruchira brings this same passion to help empower her patients to build strong, healthy lives.  With several years of experience in general naturopathic practice in the Toronto area, Ruchira currently focuses on Women's Health, including menopause, hormonal balance, fertility, pregnancy, post-partum care, and pediatrics.  She also has expertise in mood disorders and post-traumatic stress.  Ruchira uses a variety of healing methods, including herbs, nutrition, acupuncture, yoga, breath work, and counseling.  416-627-2626 or email.
